When my oldest son was six months old, we bought a Leapfrog Learn and Groove table. Little did I know this would become the most used, most loved, best investment we ever bought from the toy department. Fast forward five years and two more children later, and this particular toy is still used on a daily basis by our one year old! The table has removable legs, so it can be placed flat on the floor for your baby to begin exploring the sounds, colors, music, and numbers. This is also a nice feature for storage purposes!
The table has a variety of musical instrument sounds and songs, but with the flip of a “page” in the book, your child is learning colors and numbers. It is absolutely mesmerizing and engaging from about six months on, with plenty of gadgets to bring oodles of entertainment. Once they begin to stand, cruise, and walk, the legs attach on, and it becomes a great trainer for them to pull up on and practice cruising around the square table. It is not gender specific, and my son and both of my daughters have cherished this toy!
Our children often played with this toy for 10 minutes or longer at a time, captivated by its many bells and whistles from a very young age. Best of all, it is very sturdy and durable, and is still in one piece despite many efforts to destroy the toy over the years! If you are searching for an interactive, engaging, and high quality toy, my three munchkins and I highly recommend the Leapfrog Learn and Groove table!
