In these days of high tech entertainment it’s a common sight to look around the living room on “family night” and see each member of the family glued to a different electronic device and no one interacting with each other at all. Why not get back to an old fashioned style family night where you can all spend some time together, laughing and building cherished family memories?
This is quite simple to achieve by starting a weekly family game night. And by games, I don’t mean video games. I mean board games. No matter what age your kids may be there’s a board game or two out there that they will just love. Get everyone together for anything from Candyland or Chutes and Ladders to Monopoly or Clue. You could even play a round of Twister for some big laughs while getting up and active at the same time. Buy a selection of games and let a different family member pick the game each week. Fix some yummy snacks and enjoy some bonding time with no phones, tablets or computers of any kind.

This is tradition that will live in my family as long as I can help it!
This is lovely. family time is starting to disappear these days.
